Stefan Nolte, SPAC Expert
Stefan Nolte, Managing Shareholder of Shanda Consult since 2009, is heading the companies SPAC division “SPAC Consultants” (https://spacconsultants.com/) as Senior SPAC Advisor.
With his background rooting in foreign trade and finance and almost 40 years of business experience, living in the Eastern Mediterranean / Middle East since more than 36 years, he well covers both financial and business aspects of SPACs when advising the firms client and when structuring and setting up SPACs, from its first idea to and including the SPAC IPOs.
Stefan’s business experiences include but are not limited to;
a 6-year post as managing director of an offshore bank in Cyprus (with special focus on equity acquisitions and short-term interbank placements);
consulting government agencies and ministries for the enhancement of FDI;
industrial localisation advisory and services with focus on the Middle East and advising on cross-border business structuring;
advising on and realising the setup and licensing of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs, AIFLNPs, RAIFs) in Cyprus;
advising on and realising the structuring and setup of SPACs, providing all services from the scratch until successful IPOs since August 2018.
Stefan is originally from the Hanseatic City of Lübeck in North Germany. His biggest passions in business are intercultural communication, mentoring and out-of-the-box solution finding.
