In ALPHA LADDERS 2, SHAPING LEADERS AND ACHIEVERS, Dr. Bak is sharing the second part of his private conversation and board meetings with his trusted lieutenants. This time it is with international Counselor, Brenda Garcia that the dialogue is taking place. 

In the first tome, ALPHA LADDERS, CAPTAIN OF YOUR DESTINY, Dr. Bak revisited his awakening step by step from a product of Conformity to a Tornado and multiple world records author. That was inspiring and very personal.

In the second tome, counselor Brenda Garcia has the mandate to help Dr. Bak establish the structures, not for him, but for all the emerging leaders he is empowering. Strategist Jonas Diop started the process of structuring a community, with the help of Brenda, Dr. Bak is now structuring, layer by layer his organization and legacy, THE ALPHAS. 

If the first tome was about the WHYs and the HOWs at an individual level, this tome is about the WHYs and the HOWs and the society level.

Going back as far as in ancient Greece at the dawn of democracy, at the birth of University, Dr. Bak is building with the help of his acolytes, Jonas & Brenda, but not from a template, but going back to the core of the essence of structure and hierarchy.
